Ordering

The preferred method of ordering is by means of our online order form. You can contact us by email or by telephone at (360) 944-6062 if necessary. Since we are frequently not able to answer your telephone calls immediately, we will make every attempt to return your call within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

Payment

Payment is processed as a part of the ordering process. Customers will receive an order confirmation email that notified them of all charges. We accept payment through PayPal.

If you prefer to pay by personal check, you can email an order to orders@jenkinswoodcraft.com. Products will be made and shipped after your check clears our bank (usually about 10 days).

Shipping Information

During the ordering process we will calculate shipping charges for orders within the continental US. Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.

Orders shipped outside the continental US require us to calculate actual shipping costs and we will notify you of those costs in an acknowledgement email. You will have the option to accept or reject the final order after your shipping charges have been calculated. Once we receive your acceptance of the order and charges, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Within 24 hours of your order confirmation email, you should receive a follow-up email with an estimate of the actual date when we will be able to complete and ship your order. We ship via US mail, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best rates for the item. Once your item has been shipped, we will notify you of the date shipped and the carrier used.

While the shipping carrier is responsible for all merchandise after we ship, Jenkins Woodcraft will do what we can to make sure you are ultimately happy with your purchase. If items are lost or damaged contact us.

Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our primary goal so we make every effort to produce quality products with high quality materials and workmanship. Since most of our products are individually crafted, they have hand crafted unique characteristics. Colors and details will vary slightly from the images on the Web. Many items are hand sanded to produce an antique effect that is unique on each item. When you receive your order, if you are not satisfied with any item please contact us. Items can be returned for refund if you follow our returns policy.

The customer assumes all responsibility for the use and care of the product upon delivery. Many of our products are intended exclusively for indoor use. Jenkins Woodcraft makes no guarantee of the product beyond 30 days of original purchase.

Return and/or Refund Policy

Refunds (minus shipping charges) or replacement may be made within 30 days of original purchase with prior approval. A return material authorization (RMA) number must be obtained and clearly printed on the outside of the package for all returned items. Returns without an RMA may be refused by Jenkins Woodcraft.

Personalized items may not be returned unless we made an error on your order. The customer is responsible to confirm spelling and other product details at the time the order is placed.

No refunds or replacements can be given without the following:

  • Original order #
  • Returned merchandise with RMA (in original new condition)
