Two Octave Soprano

This is our premier Marimba Instrument model, a two octave soprano. This instrument features fifteen 2.2" keys from C4 (middle C) to C6. The marimba keys are quarter sawn Paduak for better uniformity, excellent density and resonance. The frame is made from hard maple, one of the hardest and strongest hardwoods. Accents are also added in Paduak. The light coloring of the hard maple with the contrast of the paduak keys creates a beautiful and eye-catching instrument. We didn't scrimp on the wood, we choose high qualty wood for a very high quality and long lasting marimba!

The legs conveniently fold up to transport the instrument or to use on a tabletop. Folded up, the marimba can easily be carried by the average person.

Each marimba key is precisely tuned individually, and the note letter is routed and painted on the top of the key.
